About Us

We originated from a family run care company in Norwich that has 5* rating.

We found our carers had difficulty getting taxis at unsociable hours, expensive prices and often in remote locations.

To overcome these challenges, we invested in cars and drivers to transport not only carers to and from work but vulnerable clients to appointments too.

With this in mind we started Prevail Taxis.

Keeping with our caring, friendly ethos, we are now pleased to open up these services to you!

Our goal is to become the most reliable, friendliest and cost friendly company in Norfolk and give you, our valued customer, individual attention and the best experience possible.

All of our drivers are trained in a range of disabled access aids for ease of use for all wheelchair customers.

This enables us to provide a professional and safe taxi service regardless of any mobility issues.
